2)Do weekly action at every week you will get

Then, your share will be 50$/15000 multiplied by your versa points(for example 1000VP) =3$.
This is not a big amount when you are an affiliate but if you become a Team leader.....
You will get matching versa points of your PSAs and CSAs. That is, whatever versa points they earn you will be matched equally(But you should have 3 star sponsor rating by your 5PSAs and you must be a Executive affiliate-2nd month-EA2).
For example you have 4 active CSAs & 3 active PSAs who scores 300VP each. Totally they are scoring 2100VP and by benefit plan you will also get 2100VP and totally you score 3100VP for the present month and you are earning 50$/15000VP*3100=10.3$. Hope it matters now. Hence, plan your business accordingly.
But the above may not take your business forward. You have to sponsor TC members and increase TC sales thru which you will earn upto 75% commission and that only will encourage your business.

We are all have joined in SFI for doing our own business and earn residual income to enhance our standard of living. Since our joining, we will put our effort to experiment the methodology/strategy/acquiring knowledge/collecting data...etc about how to sponsor,advertise and of course earn money to move forward towards our goal. HOW I AM MANAGING MY AFFILIATE QUALIFICATION
I believe that sharing my experience will always help my fellow affiliates.
I am 36YO, Mechanical Engineer working in Power(Energy)sector. I was searching for a reliable, lucrative internet job/business opportunity and I could not find it for a year. I came across through some search engine and I found SFI. As I was impressed, I joined SFI during July 2012 and I completed reading TUTORIALS and became EA in 10days.

The paid ad started giving good result and I sent details about SFI to all the persons who expressed their interest and I could able to sponsor 20 affiliates in the first month. Total 965 clicks(in 30days) on my ad has converted 120 expressions and I produced 20 affiliates. As per SFI tutorials, I submitted my blog and SFI link for sponsoring TC members & affiliates in Manual search Engines like Hit to Hit, Traffic swam,Easy hits. But I could not sponsor anything till today due to my time & cost limitation.
During the first month, my hard work turned as 850clicks on my blog through various search engines and it is 1250 till today during the second month.
